Rose-Marie trained to Diploma Level with the Association of Sytematic Kinesiology in 1990 and has continue her studies in the fields of Nutritional Therapy, Counselling, and Psychotherapy to complement her Kinesiology training.

My interest is in treating the whole person. Symptoms are signals that something in that person is out of balance. Using kinesiology muscle testing is akin to having a conversation with the body on an energetic level. The responses to particular challenges allow us to determine the appropriate course of action to relieve symptoms and, importantly, to bring the whole person into balance.

I have worked with hundreds of people of the last twenty years and yet I am still I awe of the body’s amazing ability to regenerate and repair and for people to achieve their life and health goals by listening and responding to their bodies messages.

I’m a fully qualified BACP approved counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist. I decided to re-train as a counsellor after I suppose what you’d call a ‘mid-life crisis’ and can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made- I sincerely love what I do. I support clients through challenges, whatever they may be with total congruence and unconditional positive regard (UPR), this allows us, TOGETHER, to explore the why’s, what if’s and ultimately find a resolution.
